Preferred Experience: 6-10 Years

Key Result Areas
Project Management & Strict Deliverable Quality Management
- Detail out granular project plans for D365 projects and keep a detailed tracker for all minor activities.
- Deep technical understanding of the project deliverables and solution to ensure risk to the project are mitigated well in advance.
- Work collaboratively with all support functions to get the projects delivered on time/quality.
Functional specialization in ERP, POS, BI etc.
- Possess specialization and prior hands on expertise in D365 ERP and working knowledge of D365 POS, Power BI, and other applications and interface to it.
- Develop expertise on the job on technologies where prior expertise is lacking or partial.
Infrastructure Operations
- Work closely with infrastructure team to size the right infrastructure for projects and choose the optimal solution based on project needs
- Track infrastructure performance on continuous basis and ensure mitigation actions are taken in advance.
Best Practices
- Bring in/Adopt IT project deployment best practices including automation, online project management, regression testing and structured documentation process for all requirements management.
- Needs to manage the feature release plan for the businesses and manage customer expectation on the same.
