Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities:

 Taxation Profile:

  1. Keeping updates on the changes in taxation laws & regulations
  2. Co-ordination with division and preparation and finalize the advance tax working
  3. Preparation of Tax Audit, Income Tax Returns and other statutory forms and through effective co-ordination with various divisions. 
  4. Reply to Income Tax Department on Notices at all levels i.e: Assessing Officers, Commissioner Level & Tribunal. 
  5. Timely payment of advance taxes and correctly filing of Income tax Return of Incomes of various group entities.
    Monitoring payment of TDS within the due date. Timely and accurately filing of quarterly TDS returns and correction statements of various entities and generation of respective TDS certificates.
    Discreetly Handle Income tax CIT(Appeals), Transfer pricing assessments.
  6. To Manage direct tax exposure and drive tax optimization initiatives for the organization to minimize the effective tax for the organization by continuous development of taxation expertise, learnings and updation of tax laws
    To Digitalize ongoing Tax proceedings data by getting a software developed through IT team that would incorporate pending litigations at various levels and stake involved in the appeal matters.
    To Provide inputs / solutions on queries raised by various functions, on tax applicability on specific issues.
    To obtain Tax Clearance Certificate from the Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, required for issue of Debentures and loan sanctions from banks.
  7. Timely completion of Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing audits.
    To provide accurate and timely Tax MIS statements to the management.
    Timely and correctly filing of Form 15CA, mandatorily required by bankers for processing of any outward foreign remittances.

 

Accounts Profile: 

1.     Providing support to accounts and finance team during quarter and year end closing.

  • To prepare below-mentioned activities at every quarter / year end to support preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements:

 

  • Cash Flows Statement
  • Segment Reporting
  • Ratio working
  • Deferred Tax Working

 

2. Coordinate & Support Any other activity provided from time to time

3. Coordination with Auditors and divisions

4. Good knowledge of Ind-AS 

  Skill & Experience:

  • Working experience with similar profile for 2-3 years 
  • Proficient knowledge of Income Tax Law and Income Computation and Disclosure Standards (ICDS). Attended hearing at A.O level is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of accounting software-SAP

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant

Minimum Experience Level:
2-4 Years
