Role Description :-

Role of SH – Accounts payable is very critical position in IBR looking to the urgency and volume of work. 

To communicate with internal stake holders – Purchase function, all expats for Medical insurance, plant team for insurance survey, Capex planning and reporting

To coordinate with external stake holders – various Banks, Insurance broker

 

  • Accounts Payable - To manage complete Accounts payable process – Checking bill passing, GL Accounts, Cost Center, WBS etc
  • Vendor payments – To review vendor payments on daily basis and review / approve in bank system. There is individual payment method hence document volume is high.
  • Vendor advance payment – To arrange advance payment to vendors on daily basis, review advance payment request with PO terms and old pending if any
  • Cash management - To review all cash payment documents on daily basis and arrange cash payment, to manage cash balance
  • Loan management – To review loans and coordinate with various banks for new loan / rollover and arrange required documents
  • Cash flow management and Forex planning – To ensure cash flow preparation on daily basis and plan vendor payments / loans and other inflow outflow. 
  • To manage Forex sale (US$ and CNY) and coordinate with various banks and get best rate. Prepare monthly details of forex sale for taking management approval
  • Secretarial – To provide support in secretarial work and arrange documents and keep record properly
  • Insurance – To ensure all policy renewal timely, provide required documents, arrange survey and provide documents for insurance claims if any
  • Capex management – To manage all Capex (GCI and GCF) WBS , monthly capex report, yearly capex planning and BRC report. To control WBS budget , capitalization and closure of WBS
  • MIS – To prepare Monthly MIS for AP / GR-IR ageing, review and clear old balances time to time. Manpower Cost. Admin Cost monthly trend and analysis. To update monthly Position paper 
  • Accounts of Aditya Birla Fibre Egypt – To prepare financials of Aditya Birla Fibre Egypt company. To coordinate with Egypt E&Y auditor and arrange BOC / BOD etc
  • Others – As assigned by management time to time

 

Need good coordination / communication and time management skills to ensure completion of all activities in time. 

SAP , advance excel knowledge is must.

 


Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant,Master Of Commerce,Master in Business Finance,ICWA

Minimum Experience Level:
10-15 Years
