Job Description:
Purpose:
Management of Utec Services, Marketing and Productivity applications
- End to end ownership of the Utec platform services and support.
- Identify and solve business problems and optimize cost using technology solutions.
- Provide exceptional user experience by improving system uptime and timely delivery and eliminating performance bottlenecks and post-delivery defects.
- Monitoring service metrics and analyse user feedback to identify and implement areas for improvement.
Skills:
- Preferably ITIL certified with an engineering background.
- Familiarity with the following technologies and projects:
- Cloud native apps built on serverless stack and cloud services like AWS, Azure or GCP.
- External integrations like payment gateways, chatbots, eKYC.
- Digital marketing, attribution, and engagement tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a service management role. Overall minimum 6 years of experience.
- Good communication skills, learning attitude, and stakeholder management.
Accountabilities:
- Application Management
- Consult, define, and manage the application roadmap.
- Handle service availability and performance management of the applications.
- Continual change and deployment management.
- Ensure documentation of system design and implementation.
- Project, vendor, and stakeholder management.
- Ensuring Information Security and License Compliances
- Ensure application performance and uptime within defined SLAs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of IT
Minimum Experience Level:
8-10 Years
