Job Description:

Heading Corporate Affairs function of the Paints Business.

Projects related Statutory Approvals - Obtaining requisite statutory approvals for setting up of new manufacturing facility from various statutory authorities such as Environment Department, Pollution Control Board, DISH, CCOE, MSEDCL, State Industrial Development Corporation, Police, Fire, Boiler etc.

Compliance with all Statutory Requirements pre/post project and operations phase – coordination with all the sites across the country to ensure compliance of all Regulatory requirements.

Relationship Management - Maintain cordial and amicable relations with all stakeholders including local leaders/ Govt. Officers/ Civil department so as to facilitate smooth operation for the unit & Central Ministry wherever needed

Co-ordination with various internal stakeholders for resolving issues and disseminating information pertaining to ongoing issues

Coordination with local administration/Municipal Corporation/Police /Local bodies/State department in regard to various company matters. Building strong relationship with Govt. & Statutory authorities (State & Local).

Attending meetings on behalf of company with civil administration, state departments and local bodies as and when required

Lead in handling the public grievances & issues raised by public/ local bodies in various forums

Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing team to resolve regulatory and external issues.

Giving presentations and representing project details to competent authority in co ordination with technical team.

Building strong relationship with Govt. & Statutory authorities (State & Local). Establishing a right network with

Corporate and Industry bodies. Engagement with Corporate and Industry Bodies for advocacy.

Positioning of Company with Key Stake Holders and continuous engagement to communicate the benefits being provided by the company.

Analyze and understand the subject, prepare the fact sheet, discussion points and be able to engage with the authorities.

Support in executing CSR objectives of Paint Business.

Coordination with Legal Team for Regulatory Issues.

Co-ordination with print and electronic media.


Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Engineering,Post Graduate

Minimum Experience Level:
20-25 Years

Senior General Manager
