Job Description:

  • Experience - 5 to 8 years specifically in Performance Management, Rewards, Learning, Talent Management


JOB PURPOSE:

Implementation of HR practices, processes and interventions in the Insulators Business in line with Business HR and Group HR guidelines.

KEY RESULT AREA:

  1. Performance Management: Effective KRA/Goal Setting for all the management cadre employees Mid Year Review of KRAs/Goal Annual Performance Appraisal of all the employees.
  2. Talent Management: Supporting Competency Assessment and Development Discussion (CADD)process Talent segmentation through performance-potential matrix. Organizing Development Assessment Centre (DAC) for identified talent pool members Writing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for Talent Pool members and other persons in key roles. Conducting Talent Review Discussion (TRD) at Unit/Business level.
  3. Job Analysis and Evaluation (JAE): Writing JDs for all the management cadre employees Job Evaluation of all the approved positions as per Org. Chart Handling grievances related to Job Band Periodic review of job evaluation consequent to reorganization, role change etc.
  4. Training & Development: Design, implement and monitor Training and development activities based on training need identification suggested in appraisals for staff Find internal and external resources for training within allocated budget. Make training calendars for Supervisors and Management cadre employees Ensure maximum participation in e learning courses.
  5. Poornata: Full fledged implementation of ELM, TMS,PMS, WFA, LMS, Recruitment module in the Business. Adherence to SOP for implementation of various modules. Organization Health Study (OHS). Ensure 100% participation in OHS Develop OHS action plan based on OHS findings Support Q12 actioning for Q12 managers.
  6. Compensation Management: Administration of annual compensation review process in the Business Fitment of salary for new joinees. Compensation design as per BHR/GHR guideline Periodically undertake compensation benchmark study.
  7. Recruitment and Selection: Manpower analysis at regular interval in the Business Talent staffing across levels as per org chart Campus recruitment Undertake recruitment of marketing personnel as per requirement and the induction plan
  8. Policy implementation: Coordination with GHR and BHR for timely implementation of Group HR policies Understand the Business realities and devise Business level policy guidelines and standardize policies across the Business.
  9. Organization Development (OD): Employee engagement by various OD means Drive Employee Assistance program of the Group. Formulate and implement Reward and recognition program Employee wellness initiatives like Add More, Pratibha, U21 etc.

Qualifications:
Master of Business Admin,Master in Human Resource Mgmt

Minimum Experience Level:
5-8 Years
