Job Description:

• Understanding of Chlor Alkali operations
• Knowledge of DCS Operations
• Good understanding of emergency handling
• Experience of handling hazardous and flammable chemicals
• Knowledge of plant safety standards
• Ensure availability of Plant and Machinery to achieve targeted production With Co-Ordination with Service Depts
• Monitor operation parameters & consumption norms
• Maintain high Liquid Chlorine v/s. Chlorine Gas ratio
• Ensure full utilization of Hydrogen (maximize Flakes production)
• Implementation of Safety practices
• Continuously train people to adopt Safety practices
• Incident Controller during on-site emergency

4-6 Years
