Implement effective risk management policies and processes for the concerned business verticals to identify potential risk in the underwritten portfolio and ensure portfolio health
Develop & implement process monitoring frame work in order to ensure smooth control on agreed policy norms
Use knowledge and understanding of process improvement approaches to train and/or facilitate working sessions regarding business processes
Manage credit risk assessment and analyze impact of market conditions and economic forecasts on risk concentration and portfolio diversification.
Formulate Product programs, carry out trainings, and hand hold the regional teams for effective implementation of the product norms.
Support implementation activities using change management approaches and interact with staff and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives
Work in a team environment and provide business process management expertise to staff engagements and project work streams
Provide guidance and advice to senior leaders and officers on the most effective and efficient use of resources to ensure positive and measurable outcomes
Ensure that credit risk is identified, measured, monitored and controlled throughout SME business.
