Job Description:

Job Purpose: 

To plan, prepare and supervise accountings in compliance of legal and statutory requirement

Supporting Actions

1. Management Reporting

To ensure preparation of MIS Reports, compare various performance parameters against Budget, benchmark them with other units, analyze them in detail and highlight the areas for improving profitability.

To supervise Daily Report and to highlight deviations for better and timely decision making.

 

To ensure preparation of monthly Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.

 

To prepare and analyze the monthly financial performance and MIS of the unit and to highlight the deviations to the management for effective and on time decision making.

 

Annual Budget- Interacting with all the functions for preparing function wise Budget based on agreed decisions, and supervising Unit Budget.

2.Business Head Office Review (Monthly), BRC Review (Quarterly)

To ensure that Financial Presentation to be prepared for Business Head and BRC Review

 

To coordinate with respective department for the information to be incorporated in BH and BRC Review

 

To prepare the response on observation on BH Review and BRC Presentation by coordinating with concerned department.  

 

3. To develop and to execute

financial Control Processes and

Procedures

To comply accounting standard, laws, local rules and regulations by continuously upgrading financial controls and systems.

 

To improve and enhance the SAP system and to ensure effective usage of SAP system as an information tool for MIS Reporting.

 

To establish internal controls, rules and guidelines

4. Payroll Management

To manage payroll processing for both local employees and expats and ensure adherence of policies in regard to same.

 

5. To plan competence building of

Employees

To evaluate skills of local employees

 

To identify the skill gaps and new skill requirements of local employees

 

To develop Local talent and delegate more.

 








Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant

Minimum Experience Level:
3-8 Years
