Support CSR at Pakhar Mines

• Implementation of CSR projects at Mines  

1. A. Health 1. Nutrition Programme   2. Anaemia amelioration 3. PM Nikshaya Poshan Karyakram  
2. B. Sustainable Livelihood Implementing following Livelihood Game Changing Projects –   1. Millet Cultivation.   2.Lemon Grass Project   3. Skilling   4. Briquetting Plant 5. FPO of Women SHGs   
3. C. Water Conservation   
4. D. Education   E. Social Causes 1. Rural Sports Promotion    

• Initiatives for CSR and Reporting with CSR Authority 
• Develop grievance handling mechanism 
• Data capturing process through system/ portal - SANGAT
• Apply for selected CSR Awards and recognitions for projects at the mines 
• Creating a Sustainable Safety Culture in peripheral villages to ensure zero accidents. 
• Identify social risk (Preparing Risk Calendar) 
• Safety Audits - Audit CSR activities 
• Tagging notification/hoarding to highlight dangerous spots - Road Safety Slogans. 
• Ensure at least 1 BBSO per month.   
• Networking with NGO, Govt. agencies and other Institutions to develop and initiate plan and its implementation 
• Acting as the focal point for company’s CSR initiatives and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.  
• Convergence-Pulling different projects of various agencies in our operational area through PPP 
• Applying innovative ideas to reduce cost.
