Treasury and Banking Management for ABFRL and its subsidiaries | - To manage the loans portfolio, by evaluating a basket of borrowing options at the lowest borrowing cost
- To ensure adequate credit lines are set up for managing liquidity and cash flow
- Maintain a healthy mix of Long Term & Short Term Debt keeping in mind the regulatory requirement & not funding long term Assets with Short Term Funds
- Supporting the business units in managing the Foreign Exchange Risk through forward covers, swap etc.
- Monitor compliances of all borrowing arrangements including debt covenants and timely submission of financial information
- Release Cash from the business through financial solutions such as Operating Lease, Vendor financing, Debtor Discounting etc.
- To manage commercial banking and lender relationships
- To oversee day to day treasury banking operations, controlling cash flows; collections, payments, funding needs etc.
- Guide working capital tie ups including credit card acquisition partners and cash management service providers.
- To present Long term business plans to lenders and seeking funds as per the business requirement.
- To analyse, present business performance to credit rating agency and explaining key improvements taken place during the period.
- To work with the Credit Rating Agencies for maintaining and improving the credit rating
- Ensure of all the investment is done effectively with the help of ABWM. ABWM helps ABFRL in surplus investment management.

To develop central MIS tool to ensure common MIS mapping across the format, 100% accurate MIS, automate reporting, on time reports to enable review and decision making | - On time circulation of monthly financial MIS; Critical Analysis ; CFO Dashboard
- To identify, develop and continuously upgrade the MIS tool and ensure that it meets the needs of the business decision making and performance management
- To plan, engage and co ordinate with various touch points / responsibility centres and ensures granular level budgeting for every operating period

People Management | - Set and evaluate KRAs / KPIs for subordinate positions, Identify development needs of the team & ensuring constant development of professional and technical knowledge of team members through structured trainings, educational workshops, professional publications and participation in industry networks
- Plan on career growth for the team members
- Identify development needs of the team & ensure training programs to address the same.
