1) Job specification: |
- 8-12 years of experience in handling responsibilities of SAP Sales & Distribution and CRM C4C excellence in manufacturing industry.
- Responsible for leading and strategizing SAP roadmap for the organization with thorough business process knowledge of Presales, Sales, Distribution and Billing.
- Additional Knowledge of SAP MM, FI and Power BI is preferred.
- Lead SAP HANA initiatives with requirements, engage and assess solution and technical partners. Ability to lead SD and CRM leadership discussions with domain depth and contextual understanding for value addition.
- Strategic and digital acumen, critical thinking, creativity, self-motivation, time management, and eagerness to learn new skills and mindsets.
- Working very closely with internal and external stake holders for implementing industry best practices for SD and CRM domain
- Provide ongoing support to users by continuously Improving and refining Presales, Sales, and Logistics operations.

SAP SD and CRM | - Good understanding on business processes and hands on experience in SAP SD and CRM
- Deep experience in leading Processes like Masters, Lead, Opportunity, Order, Pricing, MRP, Logistics execution, Reports and Billing.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with 3PLs and applications
- To lead SAP projects by Preparation of project charter with scope, project timeline, effort estimates, governance structure, RACI & success criteria.
- Support to routine issues in SAP SD & CRM & integrated applications
- Good understating on integrations with various modules i.e., FI, MM, PP, QM etc.
- Single point of contact for all the SAP SD and CRM needs
- Ensure value achievement from the outsourced relationship with suppliers by managing the day-to-day relationship with the Service Provider to ensure the effective delivery of outsourced services, specifically.
- Conduct business user Trainings.
- Coordinate services, projects, and plans within domain to ensure priorities are addressed appropriately.
- Preparation of functional specification and work with ABAP team for development

Business Process Optimization and Best Practices | - To prepare business requirements for current and future with a view to realizing business benefits.

- Identify process gaps, prepare business case, and implement changes.
- Develop and Demonstrate proof of concepts in new areas.
