Job Purpose

To make people health, safety conscious and environment oriented both at work place and away so that they become and remain productive to the organization.
2. To alleviate suffering/ailments of the people.

• Proper diagnosis of ailment of a patient and guide him correctly / rightly to achieve maximum comfort for the sufferer.
• To bring down the injuries in the organisation.
• To effect mind set of people to adapt environmental measures.
• To make people health conscious (by advising on safety & environment)

KRA1Health Check-Ups & Awareness• Prepare yearly calendar for Annual Health Check Ups as per the Group Wellness Guidelines.
• Negotiation with hospitals to get the best package for Conducting annual health check-ups in all levels of workmen and staffs; promoting more tests as per requirements.
• Getting he reports from the hospitals.
• Illustrating the reports to each individuals, counseling do's & dont's, proper reporting and registering of all reports; follow-up of all adverse reports ; advice regarding prevention , curative action and minimizing side effects.
• Maintaining good communications with all medical / paramedical staffs of the nearby hospitals
KRA2Care of people in Hazardous area• Care & Conduct Various test in identified areas as per schedule
KRA3Injuries and other ailments both in factory & colony• Immediate attention
• Contact with outside agencies eg. Specialist, hospital, nursing home etc
• Take prompt and proper care of all injuries to the best of the infrastructure availability ;
• If required - to shift the person to the nearest govt. / corporate hospital for better treatment ;
• Follow-up with the hospitals for total recovery ;
KRA4Medical Ccnsulation• to provide medical consultations to all bonafied employees and their dependents / relatives.
• Proper diagnosis and advise suitably
KRA5First Aid Trainings• Preparing the total team to face any emergencies and act pro-actively, effectively with full care and concern;
• Imparting regular 'First Aid Training ' to the new joinings and refresh the knowledge of the existing first aiders;
• Create awareness among maximum of the multitude of Do's / Don’ts in emergency

Pollution Reduction at Work area, Colony

Along with engg. Dept.
  1.  In house audit – & Identification of hazard
  2. Encouraging complaints & its correction.
  3. EMPs to control pollution in areas
  4. Maintaining Legislative Compliance.
