Junior Engineer/Asssitant Engineer- Mechanical (Veraval)

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, piping (metallic & non-metallic), vessels, and heat exchangers to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.

Possess strong understanding of the Chlor-Alkali process and associated mechanical systems, ensuring safe and efficient plant operation.

Select suitable materials and components for corrosive environments, adhering to engineering standards and plant specifications.

Interpret and apply piping classes, specifications, and mechanical drawings during maintenance and modification activities.

Develop, implement, and monitor mechanical maintenance schedules aligned with production requirements and safety standards.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for mechanical failures and recommend long-term corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain and operate equipment handling Chlorine, Caustic Soda, Sodium Hypochlorite, and Sulphuric Acid (H₂SO₄) in compliance with process and safety guidelines.

Ensure strict adherence to the Permit to Work (PTW) system, maintaining high safety and operational discipline during all maintenance activities.
