Job Description:

Ensure high-quality viscose solution and uninterrupted supply to achieve consistent end-product performance aligned with customer expectations.
Optimize raw material and input utilization; reduce wastage, leakages, and spills to control production costs.
Identify, analyse, and eliminate recurring abnormalities through SOPs and corrective/preventive actions
Monitor consumption ratios on a fortnightly basis and initiate corrective steps to minimize cost of inputs. Identify & implement schemes for improving unit processes for cost reduction.
Plan operation and maintenance activities to avoid idle runs. Minimize the time of operating equipment by identifying and planning for elimination of root cause
Implement robust policies, rules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); guide subordinates and shift teams to meet production and quality targets.
Review quality reports regularly on daily basis and initiate measures to correct root causes of frequent deviations
