Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, ensuring efficient logistics, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Receive, sort, and store goods, ensuring they are in the correct location.
Schedule materials being transferred to and from the warehouse and coordinate inventory transfers between departments.
Plan and execute daily warehouse activities to achieve targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
Ensure timely and accurate finished goods dispatches.
Manage the processing and shipping of orders from start to finish.
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile differences with computerized inventory.
Oversee and manage inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing products.
Assist the Warehouse Manager with hiring, training, and scheduling warehouse staff.
Oversee and guide warehouse staff in their daily tasks.
Ensure staff adherence to standard operating procedure and safety policies.
Keep the warehouse ready for customer/regulatory audits.
Collaborate with other functional departments and stakeholders to improve warehouse efficiency.
