Front Line Engineer - Civil

1. Project Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare detailed micro plans and ensure availability of manpower and machinery.
• Create and monitor project bar charts with defined timelines.
• Develop BOQ and cost estimates for structural work, equipment foundations, building works, stormwater regulation, scaffolding, painting, and other civil components.

2. Project Management & Execution

• Oversee detailed engineering, procurement, expediting, and civil execution.
• Provide civil engineering input and review technical documents (e.g., key layouts, QAPs, final drawings).
• Coordinate with vendors and site teams to ensure quality execution within budget and time constraints.
• Maintain project records and ensure effective documentation.
• Minimize production downtime during modifications or upgrades.

3. Quality Management

• Implement SOPs, inspection procedures, and quality assurance plans.
• Ensure procurement and usage of materials in line with test certifications and IS Codes.
• Focus on first-time-right execution to minimize rework.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation including test reports of construction materials and concrete.

4. Asset Capitalization & Contractor Billing

• Ensure timely capitalization of assets in coordination with the Accounts team.
• Validate and process billing for all contractors involved.
