Front Line Officer- Fire Safety

Job Purpose

Plan, organize, monitor, and control timely availability of firefighting services and security arrangements related to the township, factory premises, and unit assets to maintain and provide a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.

Firefighting Services & Emergency Readiness:-

- Ensure regular maintenance, inspection, and readiness of all firefighting equipment.
- Operate and lead firefighting measures during emergencies with minimal response time.
- Timely replacement/refilling of portable fire extinguishers across departments.
- Conduct fire drills/mock drills and ensure preparedness of fire and security teams.
- Train security personnel and departmental staff as part of the Disaster Management Plan (DMP).

Training, Liaison & Awareness :-

- Organize regular training programs on fire safety and emergency response.
- Liaison with local fire departments, police, road transport authorities, and other enforcement agencies.
- Build and maintain strong networks to support business continuity and risk mitigation.
- Conduct awareness sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives on fire and safety.
