Job Purpose: Implement Project activities of Instrument & Control for Engineering, Procurement and Execution so as to assist Project Team Leaders/Project Manager for successful delivery of end-to-end Project Instrumentation activities.
Work Experience: 5 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project implementation: Support to implement all Instrumentation activity like erection and commissioning of plant -
1. Follow schedules and timely implement daily Instrumentation project activities in the concerned areas
2.Provide inputs in the planning, estimating, scheduling, staffing, procurement, and execution of projects
3. Installation of instrument as per installation guideline and as per Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
4. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all deliverables and services as per project requirement
5.Carry execution as per instrument drawing like JB Schedule, Hook up drawing, instrument plot plan, cable schedule
2. Cost Control & improvements Act on cost reduction and process improvement plans within budgeted time and cost -
1. Implement measures in design modification for cost reduction
2. Suggest to the Section Head any measures for cost improvement/control
3. Assist data collection, information to identify opportunities and Bottlenecks
3. Reports and Documentation: Timely update all documents of the section
1. Timely preparation all relevant project reports, MIS and update all systems
2. Ensure update of documents as per ISO
3. Assist in getting timely audits done in the section
4. Safety Management: Adhere to statutory compliance related to Safety, Health, and Environment &
Sustainability
5. People Development: Maintain a congenial work culture by effective communication with workmen both permanent & contractual -
1. Set SMART performance targets & KRAs
2. Inculcate group values/policies/ vision/ mission & objectives
3. Motivate Contractors manpower and other stake holders for stretch targets through team building and two-way communication
4. Participate in trainings for skill development and ensure MDP preparation and implementation
