To create a balanced merchandise assortment for retail stores based on consumer preference and brand image. The ideal merchandise mix for retail stores based on design selection, price grid, styling grid, and option plan should aim at maximizing full price sell-through at stores.

Major challenges
1. Getting the correct merch grid for each store across categories.
2. Store Layout :- New stores – ensuring accurate allocation of stocks as per the store layout and business plan.
3. Store VM Brief - Coordinate with VM and ensure the store display and merchandize highlighting the need Buying to create season look for different regions and store sizes.
4. Buying during the trade shows across all categories and all brands
5. Store & Market visits on regular basis.
6. Category specific event management
7. Season Launch training for all stores – Region wise and multiple categories as per plan
