Plan, Organize and allocation of resources to produce desired Quantity & Quality of VSF by way of training, tools and techniques of production
Job Context:
Spinning Department produces VSF by regenerating cellulose from viscose through spin bath followed by imparting necessary treatment like washing, de-sulphuring, bleaching, acid wash and finishing before dried and bleached for despatch. Varieties of VSF are produced to meet the requirement of customers in various segments like Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic and 100% Viscose yarns. Entire process from spinning to bailing has been organised in one single continuous process line having more than 1500 rotating components. Entire atmosphere comprises of corrosive gases, acid liquids and various other chemicals.
Other Major Challenges:
1. Water consumption in the process is high which would pose challenge during bad monsoon.
2. Carrying out rehabilitation, repair and technological innovations in running plant - sustaining production and quality without sacrificing safety and environment
3. Resistance by the Collective bargaining units about bringing technological changes
