Senior Engineer / Asst. Manager WHRS (Desk Engg)

• BOE certification is essential
• To ensure reliable and safe operation of with CFBC boilers / Steam turbine of WHRS in cement plant. 
• To coordinate and communicate with various agencies for the routine as well as abnormal plant operational situation.
• To identify abnormalities, recording of the same and communicate to all concerned for its correction timely.
• To monitor all key performance parameters, finding out deviations and taking improvement actions for the same.
• To ensure complete compliance of all applicable safety standards at plant during operation/maintenance through systematic approach.
• WTP & STP operation, water chemistry & trouble shooting. Testing of various fuels & analysis.

Qualification:  BE/B.Tech / NPTI/ MSc with BOE Certification.

Nature of Experience: Desk/DCS operation of WHRS. & it's maintenance.
Essential Skills:

• Hands on experience for desk DCS operation of CFBC boiler, Steam Turbine and WHRS.
• Hands on skill for boiler water chemistry analysis & monitoring.
• Knowledge of WTP & STP operation, water chemistry & trouble shooting. Testing of various fuels & analysis.
•  Supervision, monitoring as well as coordination / communication skill.
• Operating SAP power/ maintenance module.
