Engineer / Senior Engineer - Crusher Maintenance (Mech) | RCW

CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIRED   

Professional Qualifications: Diploma Mechanical Engineering / B Tech

Essential: Diploma Mechanical Engineering

Preferably: B Tech  Mechanical Engineering

Professional Experience: (specify range in yrs) – Diploma   – 8~ 10 Years Exp / B Tech 2 -3 year experience

Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required): Able to look after Crusher Mechanical and Limes stone feeding circuit maintenance, Record keeping, SAP PM system, Participate and involvement in safety, WCM system.

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills: 

• Gear box alignments  and Belt circuit maintenance.
• Maintain and implement safety culture at workplace.
• Manpower management for efficiency improvement. 
• Exposure to Maintain SAP record, PTW     and routine maintenance of crusher.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting in L & T APCM2022  Crusher , Good SAP knowledge & communication skills.
• Budgeting and Capex proposals

1: Minimum Qualifiction - Diploma Mechanical

 2. Monitor & supervise the daily job activity of section.

3. Equipment scheduled & preventive maintenance planning.

4. Keeping record of maintenance activity of the equipment & maintain Daily, weekly checklist as er DGMS Guideline.

5. Execution of safety ,5s ,housekeeping &team building.

6. Equipment parts planning & working

 familiar with SAP.

7. Communicate the Management guideline in  downstream effectively

 7. Familiar with SAP & Crusher MIS preparation
