Job Description:
1) Job Purpose
To take responsibility for measuring excavation area and submit surface plan, geological plan, water danger plan to DGMS with respect to the Mines Project.
To provide support on borehole, drafting maps and survey related work in Mines Project.
To make the new project (Surbena Khajri and Damchuan Bauxite Mines Block) operational before due date.

Regular survey of the CL areas to ensure exploration work is as per Scheme of Propecting.
Overseeing implementations of SOPs in all aspects of operation under jurisdiction

Implementing budgets and achieving cost saving without compromising delivery by driving continuous process improvement across area of operation
Certifying work accurately to optimise cos
Cash
Improving profitability by optimum deployment of contractors
Customer
Collaborating with operations team and contractors to make mines free of top soil, over burden and laterite and ready for excavation of bauxite as per mining plan
Minimizing response time in providing information and solutions to all internal and external customers
Sustainability
Implementing all statutory compliance within timelines by submitting the following to the IBM & DMG on a quarterly basis:
surface plan
geological plan
Exploration plan updation
Implementing compliance of Integrated Management system and Energy Management System
Overseeing good Housekeeping practices in area under jurisdiction
Partnering in green initiatives
Safety
Implementing Safety standards to achieve zero harm through implementation of safety standards such as HIRA, 5S
Monitoring implementation of safety related training
People development and engagement
Monitoring intake and deployment of physically fit and appropriately trained contractual workforce and ensuring their continuous training and wellbeing as per company guidelines.
