The position will be responsible to take care of all the HR activities for the Chakla Coal Mines.
1. Talent acquisition - End to end talent acquisition process starting from HAF approval to finalising the candidates.
3. Poornata HRIS
4. Employee engagement - Implementing employee engagement initiatives at the chakla unit
5. Driving OD interventions at unit level.
6. Payroll - Taking care of all payroll activities at the unit level.
This is a new position with tentative JB10.
