Job Description:

 

KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1Operation of 50 MW (2X25MW) Power Plant.Achieve target / budgeted generation at optimum efficiency and power cost.To evaluate operating conditions against load demand and constraints and specify operational parameters to achieve target generation at required efficiency.
KRA2Generation cost / Consumption norms.Evaluate & set blending ratios of different coal based on quality report and boiler performance.
Perform heat rate analysis and propose to FH-Power in taking decision on selection.
Monitor & ensure feeding right particle size of crushed coal to individual boiler for efficient operation.
KRA3Statutory, legal & industrial norms.To comply with IBR statutatory norms
To comply CPCB norms for SPM, SOx, NOx in stack emission by proper operation of ESP and ash conveying system
KRA4Plant AvailabilitySupport and co ordinate with maintenance team during during day today activities & during shutdown to complete all jobs on time.
KRA5Developing, monitor & control budgetPrepare annual budget considering the need of Operation and monitor the departmental working & expenses against budget are in line with unit & business targets.
KRA6Safety StandardsEnsure implementation of all safety standards WPS & PSM.
Identifying & eliminating unsafe conditions & actions in Plant
KRA7Capex & proposals on Technology up gradationTo prepare Capex proposal based on identified departmental needs and implement approved proposals within sanctioned budget, timelines while ensuring quality and safety.
Identify and evaluate different technological requirements based on specifications, data sheets & plant conditions.
Prepare cost benefit analysis, recommend appropriate technology and ensure implementation of the approved ones.
KRA8System ImplementationEnsure implementation of WCM practices and processes in the department.
(Operational Excellence, EHSQ Management System)Maintaining and upkeep of Plantbasic condition, 5S, etc

RCM Compliance.

Prepare and propose Standard Operating procedure for process and identifying the need of SOP review periodically.
KRA9People developmentIdentify employee capability with respect to job; assign job rotation for multiple skill development to increase the employee productivity.
Identify training need for team members and ensure competency inputs for succession development.

Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech,Master of Mechanical Engg.

Minimum Experience Level:
10-12 Years
