Supporting Actions

 

Stock and Inventory Management

  • Ensure that stock reaches distributor on time
  • Ensure that the delivered stock is stored properly
  • Ensure that the bills are generated and paid on time
  • Develop a route map for distribution of stocks to retailers

 

Enhance Market Presence and Product/Brand Awareness

 

  • Develop and expand the network of distributors and retailers
  • Generate orders 
  • Negotiate with retailers about schemes and benefits of product
  • Implement marketing schemes to attract consumers
  • Ensure that the retailers are aware of and are delivering product knowledge to end consumers
  • Collect feedback from consumers, retailers and distributors to identify pain points; understand if the customers are satisfied with the product; if they expect anything different etc
  • Support retailers with tertiary sales
  • Implement planned marketing and promotional strategies

 

 

People Management

 

  • Align people with business goals
  • Ensure that the sales executives are meeting their targets
  • Motivating the people to perform despite challenges
  • Ensure employee safety standards are met
  • Ensure that the team gets the incentives and reimbursements
  • Ensure that the sales executives are well trained so that they can meet performance standards and deliver targets
  • Develop and retain talent

 

Generate revenue

  • Meet distributors for primary sales in entire territory
  • Drive secondary in assigned area 
  • Ensure that the products reach the retailer on time

 

Drive Product/Brand Awareness 

  • Convey the brand message and benefits of product to retailers
  • Implement schemes for retailers to enhance tertiary sales
  • Collect consumer feedback from retailers
  • Plan and offer schemes to retailers to promote brand
  • Collect all branding requirements
  • Deliver branding materials

Consumer Relationship Management

  • Ensure that billing is done on time
  • Ensure that all payments between company, distributor and retailers is settled properly
  • Identify the contribution of premium products and styles and predict the demand/market trend through the orders placed by retailers and sharing it with reporting manager

Qualifications:
Any Graduate

Minimum Experience Level:
6-8 Years
