Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Assist management in making strategic decisions during project set up with value engineering for speedy and efficient project completion.
  2. Review project plan based on benchmark trends of execution through external partners or internal capabilities and draw contingency/ back-up plans by developing alternate strategies in achieving project mile stones.
  3. Implement project plan, commence execution and monitor implementation to ensure efficient execution of project as per time, cost, resource management and specifications.
  4. Site selection, Timely completion of feasibility studies, environmental and other statutory clearances from government and statutory bodies by coordinating through PMCG, Environment & Safety dept.
  5. Lead smooth and timely commissioning of plant through coordination with the Site Head and other Functional heads.
  6. Ensure that Quality Assurance & Inspection (QA&I) requirements are embedded into processes and project specifications by reviewing results as per Quality Plans.
  7. Reasonable know how of land matters for sale and Lease and Right of way and local issues. Must have hands on experience in handling ROW issues in coordination with site 
  8. Reasonable know how for wind turbine sourcing, supply chain, high capacity cranes and erection methodology including know how on various types of foundation execution.
  9. Reasonable know how of execution and ordering of 33 KV and higher HV lines.
  10. Reasonable know how of wind micro citing and resource assessment
  11. Reasonable knowledge of wind related Regulatory matters
  12. Working in captive and Open access know how will be added advantage.
  13. Implement lessons learnt and guide all projects, as a member of Strategy and Planning Group (SPG)
  14. Develop a Project close out report.
  15. Ensure adherence to the approved budget for the execution; and achievement of mile stones of the project as per completion schedule.
  16. Enable capability development of employees within the Site / Corporate teams by overseeing implementation of appropriate systems and policies.
  17. Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members.

Oversee succession planning for all key positions in the team and mentor and groom high-potential teams at all levels.

Tecnical High School

Minimum Experience Level:
17-24 Years
