3. PMS (annual & Mid year)
Drive Annual & Mid year PMS (Performance Management Cycle). Conduct workshops for Managers and Employees. Performance Differentiation.
4. ACR (Annual Compensation Review) and AIP (Annual Incentive Plan), LTIP (Long term Incentive Plan)
Prepare ACR & AIP budgeting, Calculations, Increments & Promotions, Business proposals, adhere to Bell curve, System configuration (people soft), Letter rollouts and Communication, LTIP Calculations and letter communication.

Prepare HR P&B, partner with Function Heads for requirements, fill vacancies based on budget, Report and Analysis
Ensure MDP (My development plan) availability for all roles, Nominate, Partner with Gyanodaya for Learning programs, Take initiatives for technical programs & behavioral programs.
7. Employee Benefits
Drive and ensure employee Awareness, coverage and communication under Group Mediclaim Insurance, Employee Term Insurance/Nishchint and GPA (Group Personal Accident). Timely payments and renewals.
8. HR Policies & HR Operations
Monitor and drive benefits under LTA, Leave, Relocation support, Company car (purchase, Buy back, Surrendered cars, Operating expense payments, Insurance), Local Conveyance, Domestic travel Support. Supervise Employee claim settlements weekly basis. Confirmation/probation, HRMIS.
Monitor and Supervise end to end payroll for 4 payroll entities of Solar business. Collaborate with payroll vendor. End to end responsibility of Tax declaration , Investment proofs to Form 16 release.
10. Statutory Compliance
Knowledge of all Labour Laws, Timely Compliance under all labour laws, Partner with Statutory vendor, Filling of Monthly, Quarterly, Annually and half yearly returns under all applicable labour laws.
11. Employee Engagement and R&R
Ideate and Initiate on ground Employee Engagement, Organize Employee offsites, Drive Engaging Culture, participate ABG contests.
Get monthly and quarterly nominations, drive R&R , award & felicitate employees.
12. Support Applause Entertainment in HR
Support Applause with ABG HR practices.
Annual ACR, AIP proposals, rollouts and letter communication.
