Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for managing Talent Acquisition related activities include hiring, onboarding, benchmarking, formulation of  structures and job descriptions for Birla Paints.

Key Result Areas:

  • Responsible for manpower planning & hiring for different functions as per defined plan, quality and timelines.
  • On-boarding and Orientation of new employees, ensuring alignment to business purpose and adherence to project milestones.
  • Create and update job descriptions of different functions as required.
  • Formulate hiring plans and devise strategies for sustainable talent acquisition
  • Conduct periodic market benchmarking of organization structures, compensation, policies, best practices etc. of various functions to ensure right internal strategic alignment.

6-8 Years
