Job Description:

A. Partner with Business - CMD, BPD, RMC, Key Accounts and UBS.
1. Implement Key Business Initiative @ Regional Level.
B. Complaince & HR Process -
2. Administration of Statutory Compliance in Region.
3. Ensure Query resolution of employees with time frame.
4. Facilitate Quarterly Review meeting of Business.
5. HR Call Cycle - Connect with Folks at the Ground.
C. Business Conncect -
6. Conduct People Engagement activities & Wellness Programs.
7. Conducting Monthly meetings with employees to understand expectations from HR.
8. Take care of Hiring in the Region and ensuring position closure.
D. Employee Life Cycle Management.
E. HRMIS and Analytics.


Qualifications:

Master's degree (+_18 years)


Minimum Experience Level:
6 - 8 Years

Senior General Manager
