Provide qualified human resources to meet the production targets and accurate MIS for correct management decisions.-
MANNING:To man the organization as per approved headcount at various levels in Operative Group OG & MG.
-Departmental MIS: Preparation and submission of periodic departmental MIS to management-Performance Management : Provide assistance in administration of Performance Appraisal System for OG employees and compilation of various data relating to it. Extend support in the administration of performance appraisal system for MG employees.-Compensation Survey: Conduct survey for benchmarking the compensation & salary.
-Statutory Compliance: Maximum possible compliance pertaining to Apprentices Act and Employment Exchange CNV Act.
-People Participation Initiatives.:Active involvement in various group wide people participation initiatives viz. WCM ISO OHS etc. as well as in HR Node.
-Land looser : Provide active support in implementation of the Land Loosers Apprenticeship Scheme with a view to enabling them to be considered formally for the company's manpower requirements.-General Accountabilities: Taking over the charge of Dy. Manager P&IR in/ during his/her absence and also extend support to all other staff members of Personnel Dept. in their jobs as and when required.
