To plan review & implement various HR policies & processes across the organization so as to ensure that they are in line with the business strategy and to make a vibrant organization.
- To plan review & implement companys IR policy in order to maintain cordial and productive unionmanagement relations and to make compliances under various labour legislations
-Plan the initiatives of the HRD Department-Ensure all statutory compliances as prescribed under various Labour Acts and renewal of Factory Licence-Monitor implementation of people processes to ensure its effective implementation-Organizing Restructuring
-Plan and facilitate effective action planning regarding OHS at the unit level with respect of managerial cadre employees and Employee Satisfaction Survey in case of Staff.
-Facilitate the HRD team in the design and implementation of other HRD processes
-Periodic review of compensation policy and recommend suitable changes.
-Ensure effective Employee Relations through implementation of companys IR policy in order to maintain industrial peace and productivity.
-Ensuring compliance under various Labour Statues
-Ensure effective functioning of all Establishment functions & process
