To meet & interact with Customers & increasde business in United Kingdom.
I. Customer Interaction:
a) Meet & interact with custoomers (weavers / knitters / brands) to generate inquiry, negotiate price, terms & conclude business as per requirement of manufacturing plant at optimum profitablity.
b) Ensure timely receipt of payment against sale
c) Report customer complaint / feedback with required information, samples if any and monitor redressal.
II. Planning & Control:
a) Coordinate with internal suppliers (planning section, product development section, supply chain etc. & internal customers to ensure external customer satisfaction.
b) Ensure order related all information, samples, colour standards are received in time, shade & quality approval is is obtained in time
III: Business Development:
a) develop complete understandning of the business of customer, build good rapport with them and promote NPS through good services.
b) Explore new markets & customers in the assigned territory to improve top & bottom line of business.
IV: Market Intelligence:
a) Collect data on competitors, changes happening in the market place and keep management updated with market intelligence.
V. New Product Development:
a) Communicate expressed & perceived needs of customers to the management, help to conceptualize new product development, launch it & maake it commercially successful, to improve top & bottom line of the business.
