Area Manager-Projects Execution (Telangana and Andra Pradesh)


Job Description:

Create the budgeted retail space as per the brand requirements

• Network with Hi-street/Mall developers and identify the right location for MG

• Be in continuous look out at opportunities in operational Hi-street/Mall areas

• Identify sweet spots on high streets/Malls

• Maintain good PR with all the developers

• Network with property consultants & competition

• Finalize retail space in consultation with brands

• Identify alternatives and evaluate financial and other impact

Forecasting future spaces in potential markets

• Study relevant markets to understand business potential

• Continuously monitor competition and market activities

• Map spaces as per current and forecasted requirements

• Maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to shortlist potential market places

To ensure adherence to systems and processes

• Learn about the processes & systems with reference to RBD in particular and the organization in general

• Establish processes and systems required for the profile and regularly monitor them.

• To maintain effective tracker for day-to-day updations and review with the superiors

Self Development

• Learn to set KRA’s for self in consultation with the reporting manager

• Learn to co-ordinate with team members (internal/external) to create an amicable working atmosphere

• To analyze and assess periodic reviews of self performance and seek  feedback from peers and superiors

• Assess skill-gaps, get coached and ensure adequate training is obtained in line with needs

• Identify opportunities for learning as a continues process for self development & progression in the right direction
