1. To ensure that the customer requirements are understood within the company.
2. To represent customer interest in terms of selection & adherence to special requirements, if any.
3. To ensure setting up of quality objectives & training, corrective & preventive actions and process developments to meet & fulfill customer requirements.
4. Attending customer complaints including investigation, root cause analysis & taking corrective actions within target time.
5. To discuss the feedback of internal & external customers about quality complaints with members and reduce customer return.
