- To facilitate the sales of closure and ensure smooth running of Hindalco closures on customer lines through precise understanding and analysis of customer problems and resolving the same through effective collaboration and close interaction with manufacturing teams.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and NPS by offering superior service support to customers and ensuring customer delight .
- The Tech Rep needs to develop and maintain close relationship with customer and customer team to be able to interact closely and transparently on all technical issues.
This would involve :
Frequent and regular visits to customer plants and locations.
Engage with customers and plants on all technical matters.
Learn customer processes and key quality parameters Educate customers about product specifications and capabilities explore value added possibilities and cost reduction possibilities.
1.Facilitate qualification and performance at Customer mills.
2.Provide customer delight through technical services.
3.Analyze customer complaints and defects and give feedback to manufacturing.
4.Market intelligence and support to field sales team.
Minimum Experience Level:
6 - 8 Years
