WORK PROFILE:-
1)  Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for empanelment and training of PoS on an ongoing basis while maintaining strong relationships with their respective PoS network through effective engagement activities and training programs. It will focus on market penetration to further activate and build the PoS network required to drive sales targets. The role will also manage and retain key PoM partnerships while tracking their progress against achievement of sales targets. While it will manage key stakeholder relationships, the role will also undertake necessary actions to improve performance of PoS to achieve business objectives.

Execute PoS  Empanelment and Training Processes  Manage seamless execution of PoS activation and empanelment processes to ensure achievement of higher sales targets
 Work towards building new relationships and avenues to further activate and build the PoS network
 Undertake recruitment & selection of PoS talent to increase PoS reach across geographies
 Conduct induction and plan engagement initiatives for PoS  to deliver on their sales commitments
 Liaise with  their respective branch offices to provide extended support for PoS to operate efficiently
 Ensure proper training is provided to the PoS on the various product offerings and that their queries are resolved in a timely manner
 Undertake necessary actions to improve performance of PoS to achieve business targets
 Implement customized solutions and schemes to enable PoS to drive sales on behalf of the organization
 Ensure adherence to standard processes and policies linked to PoS empanelment, engagement and payouts
Manage PoM Engagement   Manage partnerships with client and end customer through effective and efficient customer relationship management
 Utilize communication collaterals for employee engagement initiatives and run training sessions for employees to use online portal
 Work closely with insurance companies to resolve  customer queries and complaints  in a timely manner
 Drive initiatives for continuous engagement with client and employees, and continuous improvement of online portal services to ensure user comfort
Manage Sales Performance   Monitor and review performance of their PoS network on an ongoing basis, and provide support and guidance as required
 Prepare monthly reports and updates for Regional Head and Zonal Managers
 Create plans to increase market presence to further expand the end customer base
 Ensure best practices are adopted to enhance process efficiencies and productivity
Stakeholder Management  Build and manage relationships with representatives of various insurance companies to ensure smooth operations and superior end customer experience
 Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and sales heads within the ABFSG ecosystem including ABIBL to enable cross-sales
 Liaise with different clients and PoS to ensure timely resolution of queries and product-related trainings
Team Management  Monitor performance of individual team members and undertake regular reviews to drive accountability for results
 Provide support and guidance to all team members, where necessary
 Recognize achievements and develop team members capabilities  through knowledge sharing and training
 Encourage strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification - Graduate

Minimum Experience Level:
3 - 5 Years
