1-Recruitment Training & Development OD interventions as per Unit & Corporate guidelines in order to foster a congenial open & transparent work culture and increase employee productivity.
2.New HR initiatives with Functional/ Department Head.-Recruitment-Project Poornata Ensure successful implementation
3.Develop awareness across the organization of HRERP system.-Integrated Management System Maintaining effective records and comply with all organization requirements regarding Reports and Quality Assurance.
4.Induction & Orientation-MIS-Coordination with MTs & GETs
5.Inhouse journal Aditya Prabha-Training & Development To Organize & coordinate training activities for all staff & new entrants to enhance their competency level.
