• To plan, organize, monitor and control all activities timely pertaining to Wool Super wash Plant of all four products (Basolan /Total Easy Care/ Mercerized /Soft lusture) with defined standards of environment, budgeted cost and quality and productivity.
- Over the years, Linen Club has evolved in a prominent brand in the domestic linen fabric market with a market share of 70%, a leadership position it has been able to sustain over the years. In an endeavour to expand the product offering to the customer, a new line of business – linen ready-made garments is being ventured into.
- Leverage and expand the existing network of partners to launch linen ready-made garment. Undertake sales activities to make Linen Club Apparel a preferred linen garment brand with customer and retailers.
- Build strong and enduring relationship with retailer and ensure him with Linen Club Apparel mandated sales and service support.
Devise and execute seasonal sales plan for EBO’s and MBO’s:
- Devise and execute sales plan for the region with the view of market and competition.
- Analyze and provide inputs on season-on-season and year-on-year sales for Linen Club Apparel
- Break-down regional sales targets to sub-area and counter-wise sales target and work towards achieving the same.
- Ensure healthy working relationship between channel partners and the organization
- Ensure timely collection of payments for the retailers along with Linen Club Agents
Sale and service support to the retailer
- Monitor timely replenishment orders for Linen Club Apparel counters
- Monitor continuous sales support to the retailers through Sales Executives
Manage and Develop a Team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives
- Monitor, facilitate and regularly review the performance of Area Sales Managers
- Provide timely inputs and training to the Sales Managers to continually improve their skills of customer service
- Set counter-wise sales target and drive Sales Team to achieve the same
- Continually monitor the performance of and take necessary corrective actions as and when required.
Market Intelligence and Competitor’s activities
- Continually monitor the market for competitor’s activities, customer and retailer trend and pass on to Manager, Linen Club Apparel
