project implementation, new development & enhancement of FI and CO modules.
To facilitate system simplification & time saving and also for better
services to the users. To ensure the business benefits by doing proper system
development of business process through continuous interaction with users,
stakeholders and Function heads.
Ø Process

Ø Provide
research and consultation pertaining to new and/or unused functionality
including business impact, leverage and benefits,
Ø Must
be able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple, competing

Ø Must
possess ability and the mind set to objectively view an issue as it relates to
cross-business prioritization as well as effectively explain a significant
issue or resolution from an end-user/ customer/ business/ systems perspective

Ø Develop
innovative solution for business issues, Ø Reduction

understand the overall/ business process requirements for current &
future needs and map those business processes to application functionality. Ø To
ensure smooth running of the module Ø Interact
with SI Partners on the Finance related projects as a Project manager/ Track
Lead which includes Fund management, |

Dashboard Reporting |
Ø Ability
to interact with business to define the KPI’s to be reported, Ø Ability
to identify the linkages in SAP tables and mapping, |
Uniformity of processes across businesses |
Ø To
design the process so that they are uniform and yet do not compromise on the

Ø Establish
the business requirements for current and future with a view to realizing business
benefits. Ø To
identify the functionalities / support applications or customizations that
would help meet the aforesaid requirements Ø To
identify the areas of present processes that falls short on its expectations
or has scope for further improvements. To design and implement solutions

prepare a “migration” plan – where required and setting up of
responsibilities from IT Functions for each task involved. Ø To
drive organization change management through user training and support Ø Constant

Ø Develop
personal competencies and knowledge among vendor resources to deliver the required
systems development and support needs. Ø Develop
strong working relationships with respective users Ø Manage
the attrition by creating a conducive & challenging environment. |
