The End User Compute (EUC) Analyst is a member of the Infrastructure Services and Operations team and will work in a global capacity.  The position reports to the EUC Lead.  This role will partner with the end users to provide proactive technical expertise to facilitate use of Birla Carbon standard EUC products and services.  The EUC Analyst will be responsible for providing level 1, 2 and 3 support for office computing, productivity and collaboration environment.  This role will understand and communicate the interaction and relevance of these EUC products and services in solving business problems and provide direction to the organization on leveraging use of the technology more effectively. 


  • Responsible for aspects of project management, planning, coordination and/or technical support during project implementations
  • Provide internal consulting that includes technology needs assessments, potential solutions and automation opportunities
  • Build effective relationships with global end users and provide strong customer service to realize maximum benefit of technology capabilities
  • Educate IT staff and service providers to reduce/improve ease of use across personal computing and mobile devices
  • Participate in department process improvement activiites
  • Mentor across teams to elevate business user understanding of available technologies to maximize effectiveness and increase electronic collaboration
  • Provide development, testing and production support to the business in support of more timely delivery of hardware and software technologies
  • Liase with support partner for problem resolution and process/procedural improvements
  • Assess impact of new requirements on an existing suite of products and services
  • Communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
  • On call availability as required

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field or at least 4 years experience in business process analysis, major computer systems implementations, change management

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners, vendors
  • In-depth knowledge of office commuting environments, PC/Mobile Devices, Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Unified Communications/Collaboration tools, SharePoint
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate multiple parties for deliverables
  • Communicate with global, internal and external teams
  • Customer service focused with the ability to deliver on commitments and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging information technologies
  • Ability to manage small projects using proven concepts to apply technology to business problems

Minimum Experience Level:
3 - 5 Years
