Development of systems, procedures, plans to meet production/ maintenance target by effective utilization of equipments, manpower & other resources • Preparation of SOPs & SMPs
•Plan for innovative programs and special projects
•Shift planning and man power management..
•Arranging individual coaching of specific aspects.
Implementation of approved operating Plan for Operation & Maintenance to meet Plant targets
•Planning of resources for shift maintenance.
•Ensuring implementation 5S systems.
•Motivating the team for improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
•Ensuring plant safety in the working premises.
3)Team Building, People development and succession plan:
Train, develop & motivate team to meet current & future challenges and sustain conductive work culture.
•Development of skill matrix and identification gaps.
•Identify potential supervisors and mentor them to develop succession line.
•Communicate, knowledge sharing and prepare supervisors about change.
4)Health, Safety & Environment
•Implementation of Safety, Environment and regulatory norms.
