· Plan and Ensure implementation of Poornata Modules
· Ensure adherence to various statutory and regulatory compliance.
· Responsible for HRD Activities with major focus on evolving implementing and managing various regular and need based Training and Developmental activities and motivational schemes for overall improvement in organisation productivity and employees satisfaction.
· Employees Development / Training: Plan Coordinate and Implement Training and Development programs for employees in house training and mobile training.
· Employee Development Scheme: Implementation and Management of scheme for improving academic qualification of employees to enhance job related competency.
· Caring Measures /Employee Satisfaction: - Implementation and coordination of caring measures for employees satisfaction and development.
· Suggestion Scheme co-ordination-Community Development /Institutional interaction.
· Vocational Training Scheme: Extending support for career development of students Coordination and management of Industrial & distinguished visitors from various organizations for plant visit.
· Facility Management- To ensure availability & upkeep of Training Facilities and its up gradation on continual basis.
· Support Services for HR Processes & MIS.
