AGM/DGM-Security & Administration

Job Description:

Planning and implementing security systems :  Identification of security needs and deployment of security personnel across all the locations. Monitoring and reviewing the process effectiveness in consultation with management

Liaisoning and effective surveillance: Formulating liaison strategy in back drop of business objective with area Army Commander, DM, DIG, Commissioner and other important dignitaries & land administration. Ensuring effective surveillance and intelligence system for timely and effective action

Recruitment & Training: Recruitment of security personnel for plant and site. Controlling and directing Quick reaction teams as per situational requirement.

Risk mitigation: Periodically assessing the departmental performance with proper training and checks. Responsible for planning of Manpower and their training. Promoting a “risk reduction” culture with a security focus” in day-to-day operations

VIP Security & Escorting:  Co-ordination and liaison with top management on all VIP moves. Ensuring strict confidentiality on movements. Cater action and evacuation in case of any exigency/threat. Planning and formulating communication plan. Determined approach for improvement in Security systems.

Transport: Responsible for hiring of cabs as per authorization as per rates approved. Controlling company vehicle and hired taxies for its accountability. Responsible to work within budgetary limits.

 Horticulture & Sanitation: Ensuring continuous and uninterrupted sanitation plan. Ensure proper irrigation system and maintenance of grass cutting as per schedule. Ensure proper & timely Plantation. Controlling and directing horticulture & sanitation teams to perform with efficiency.

Township Administration : Plan, control & Manage all welfare & Furniture procurements & issue activities for T/S residents, welfare & community services. Overseeing G/H, temple etc.



Retired Army Officer with Last Rank as Major with 20 Years plus Experience out of which 10-15 years of Army Experience.
