Business Development Manager - Group Life


Job Description:

This position would be responsible for the conceptualisation and operationalising of the BSLI worksite model in partnership with the Direct Marketing/Aditya Birla Money/Brokers team to offer individual insurance/group products to current clients of the Group Business vertical. In addition the role will also be responsible for building affinity insurance opportunities and penetrate all Bancassurance and CABC partners to enhance business through incremental lead generation from these institutional contacts.

 

-Supporting the definition and implementing the strategy and the business plan for the vertical

 

-Preparing the roadmap for the strategy implementation including liasoning with the internal and external stakeholders

 

-Building review and MIS mechanisms to ensure due reporting and feedback analysis

 

-Ensuring the sourcing of the right quality of business which helps in aiding the profitability

 

-Relationship building with the key corporates and the people involved therein

 

-Explore the CABC & Bancassurance channels to look at lead generation for not only WSM but also the group sales team


Qualifications:

- Good communication and presentation skills

 

- Experience in B2B sales in BFSI industry will be preferred
