Description

 

 Plan, Direct and Control all Financial & Accounting Systems and Processes including Budgeting & MIS, Taxation, Receivables and Payables Management, Working Capital Management, Risk Management, Statutory Compliance and management of Information System (MIS).

 

1.       FINANCE & ACCOUNTING: 

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods policies and principles with focus on internal controls for day to day operations financial reporting and audit.

 

To ensure timely and correct payment to the Customers / suppliers of service providers and monitor overheads and other costs and keep them under budgetary control and ensure adherence of accounting standards SOP and relevant guidance notes for proper accounting.

 

2.       TAXATION & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE: Ensuring timely compliance with all Taxation and other related Statutory Requirements (GST/ INCOME TAX, FEMA etc)

 

3.       CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT OF SALES & MARKETING FUNCTION: To plan organize & strengthen Internal control systems & Compliance of Corporate Governance requirements of marketing operation. Ensure effective implementation of Risk Management Framework for the CSA.

 

4.       PLANNING & BUDGETING MANAGEMENT:

Driving the overall Planning & Budgeting for the Chlor Alkali Marketing Business while ensuring process robustness timeliness and accuracy in line with group processes and best practices. Continuous monitoring of actual performance against budget and Developing an effective Management Information System to support Swift Decision Making.

 


Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA)


Minimum Experience Level:
9 - 12 Years
