Sr. Manager / Assistant General Manager - Information Technology ( Rehla Unit)


Job Description:
  • Plan organise and maintain IT solutions including SAP BIW People Soft and In-house Developed Systems as well as Lotus Domino Novell Internet Proxy Servers and LAN/WAN to ensure uninterrupted and easy availability of information base for facilitating processing maintenance of data which help in management control decision making and optimization of cost time and resources.
  • Planning & deployment of IT Resources: Plan the requirement of and deploy the IT resources including manpower hardware software and bandwidth to meet the Company s business requirements
  • Lotus Domino Novell Internet Proxy Servers & LAN/WAN Administration: Ensure uninterrupted operations of the IT systems to support the Business requirement.
  • SAP Administration: Ensure uninterrupted operations of the SAP ERP systems to support the Business requirement.
  • BIW Administration: Ensure uninterrupted operations of the BIW Systems to support the Business requirement.
  • People Soft: Ensure smooth operations of the People Soft ERP Systems.
  • Maintenance of Legacy System: Ensure uninterrupted operations of the Legacy Systems to support the Business continuity. Disaster Recovery System: Ensure uninterrupted operations of the All Systems to support the Business continuity 24x7.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify evaluate develop & implement new technologies Hardware Software & Networking and continuously improve system performance and solutions deployed to enable the Business to gain benchmark position.
  • Budget Control: Monitor and control the Dept budget to optimize operating cost.
  • People Management: Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity growth and motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the Business
  • Internal customer satisfaction: Ensure timely redressal of internal customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
  • System implementation: Ensure implementation of systems like WCM/ ISO/ EMS/ SA/ OHSAS etc in Unit through employee’s involvement for continuous improvement in various activities.

 


Qualifications:
MCA ( Master In Computer Application) + Relevant Experience

Minimum Experience Level:
13 - 15 Years

Functional Head - IT ( Unit Rehla)
