Manager / Sr. Manager - Human Resource (Rehla)


Job Description:
  • To plan & organize activities like Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation management & Performance Management.
  • Maintain cordial Industrial Relations.
  • Implementation of Integrated Management System/ Quality systems e.g. ISO SA OHSAS formulation and implementation of HR Policies etc. and also ensure statutory compliance of various labour laws PF Matters in order to maintain harmonious work environment in the organization. 
  • Monitor & improve time keeping function
  • Furniture maintenance work housing school.
  • Manpower Planning & Recruitment: To attract & recruit potential candidates in time as per approved manpower budget.
  • Statutory Compliance: Monitor compliance under various statutory requirements.
  • Compensation Management: To ensure that compensation is in line with the corporate & unit guidelines & philosophy and in tune with the Law while being administered transparently accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Integrated Management System: Maintaining effective records and comply with all organization requirements regarding Reports and Quality Assurance.
  • Quality system implementation: To implement quality system ISO SA 8000 OHSAS and WCM in Dept/Unit.
  • Communication welfare.
  • Monthly performance review (MPR).
  • School Administration Housing.
  • To Maintain Harmonious Industrial relations.
  • Time Office.
  • Project Poornata.

Qualifications:

MBA (HR) / PGDHR

Minimum Experience Level:
13 - 15 Years
