Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager - Human Resource


Job Description:
To conceptualize and add value to business by planning and reviewing the HR & IR systems and procedures and ensure its effective implementation.
To constantly monitor review to develop competency achievement focus environment to enhance productivity and overall efficiency with healthy and safe work practices. 
Maintain harmonious employee relation establishing good relations with local administration. 
To enhance quality of services rendered by administration.
Create value to society through focus on add more to life for greater employee engagement-Human Resource Planning and System.
  • Support in formulation of unit HR strategy to meet the business objectives and implement HR policies:
  • Organizational Structure and Staffing.
  • Performance Management : Coordinate with department to ensure performance oriented culture.
  • Talent Management and Succession planning.
  • Training and Development : identify skill gap support in enhancing organizational efficiency.
  • Employee Engagement : Building a engaged workforce

Qualifications:
MBA (HR) / Post Graduate Diploma in HR from  Premium institute
